Diamond Dynasty Inc. is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped from our warehouse location. We encourage each and every customer to purchase insurance at checkout, to protect your purchase from any unforeseen events. If you opt out of purchasing insurance for your package; you are opting out of protecting your purchase. Diamond Dynasty Inc. will not refund, or reship any order that shows as "delivered", or any order lost/stolen once in the possession of USPS. Please purchase insurance at checkout to protect you and your investment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are absolutely NO RETURNS! (NO EXCEPTIONS)
WE accept exchanges only. Exchanges must be completed within 7 days of the original delivery date of your shipment. All items must be in their original condition; unwashed/unused and still in the original bundle form and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking/exchange fee. This fee does not include shipment fees imposed on exchange orders.
ALL SALE ITEMS, TAPE INS, ITIPS, CLIP INS, WIGS, ANY CUSTOM COLORED HAIR (hair thats not natural color 1b) ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for exchange.
