What Does a "Awaiting Shipment" Email mean?

An order awaiting shipment email means that your order processing is now complete and will ship within 5-7 business days* from receiving the "awaiting shipment" email. (This timeframe is subject to change at any given time, due to increase in business/sales/ and or holidays). This is a *timeframe only, and not a promised date/day.

How long is shipping/processing?

Standard shipping/Processing is 8-10 business days, unless ordering express shipping. Express shipping orders must be placed by texting 919-937-7335 for express shipment options/fees (express shipping cannot be added to orders that have already been placed online.) Some items such as wigs, clip ins, custom colored items, etc follow their own shipping and processing timeframes; it's always important to read the description of the item you are interested in purchasing to verify the timeframe for shipping/processing. 

How long will it take for me to get a tracking number?

Once your order finishes processing, a tracking number will then automatically be issued to the same email used when ordering online our website.

How will I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships out from our office.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to update in the online usps system. 

Is express shipping available?

YES!, Orders placed online are not eligible for express shipping, however if you have not yet placed your order online please text our express hotline 919-937-7335, express orders are to be paid via Zelle or CashApp only.
